Each 3.2oz bag makes approximately 18 cups of Chai – that’s less than $1 a cup for healthy, delicious goodness!

In short, it’s the type of cup that’ll make your whole kitchen smell downright amazing.

Combining just the right amounts of ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, white + black pepper, and ganthoda powder yields masala. To create our signature Chai blend, we fused our family-made masala with black tea sourced directly from India.

We’ve sorted all the measurements with laser-like precision, so all you have to do is give it a mix. Add sugar and whole milk if you fancy it — it’s that easy. After boiling twice, simply strain, sip, and bask in the wondrous flavors. If you need a strainer, we offer the perfect sized strainer here.

Every batch varies slightly as the ingredients are hand blended in small batches.

Brewing Instructions

Enjoy your Chai in 4 easy steps…

For 1 cup:

  1. Boil 2/3rd mug of water with 2 teaspoons of Chai mix. Add sugar if you wish – Chai is typically very sweet so I like to add 2 spoons of sugar per cup, but feel free to adjust the sugar to your palette!
  2. Bring to boil and then add milk.
  3. Bring to boil again and turn off – keep an eye on it the second time it boils, because it could spill over.
  4. Strain, sip and enjoy!
