Combining just the right amounts of ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, white + black pepper, and ganthoda powder yields masala. To create our signature Chai blend, we fused our family-made masala with black tea sourced directly from India.
We’ve sorted all the measurements with laser-like precision, so all you have to do is give it a mix. Add 2 teaspoons of the mix with sugar and whole milk if you fancy it — it’s that easy.
