We will be doing a total body barre workout that will be 50 minutes long, this is a workout doable for all levels of fitness. We want to welcome first-timers! Step outside your comfort zone and try something new with us! One of the best parts about The Core Community events is, we are all in this together! I promise your won’t be alone if this is your first barre class!
